The latest episode of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 has been truly exciting and there is little doubt that fans are already looking forward to next week. Luckily, we just got an update on Yukaku-hen Episode 10 as the first image has been revealed. In addition to that, the Episode 17 official title and release date have been announced!

The first image from Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 17 was shared by the official Demon Slayer Twitter account. It doesn't show much but it puts the focus on Tanjiro Kamado's eyes as he appears to be consumed by rage. Check it out below.

Tanjiro Kamado has been through a lot in the latest episode as he helped Tengen Uzui face off against Gyutaro, who proved to be a truly powerful opponent. At one point, he joined Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira to successfully decapitate Daki but they will still need to face the furious Gyutaro who is desperate to save his sister.

The episode concluded on a shocking note as Inosuke is stabbed by Gyutaro's poisoned sickles and Tanjiro discovers that the unconscious Uzui has had his hand cut off. Tanjiro himself falls off the roof and as he descends to the ground, he apologizes to all his companions including his sister Nezuko.

So is this the end for the young Demon Slayers? Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 16's post-credits scene shows Tanjiro declaring that he will not give up so it looks like the fight will continue next week. Hopefully, Uzui and Inosuke will manage to continue fighting despite their terrible injuries.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 Episode 17 is titled Never Give Up ("Zettai Akiramenai") which refers to Chapter 93 of the original manga. Yukaku-hen Episode 10 will premiere on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at 11:15 PM JST.
