Demon Slayer Season 3 Goals Teased by Producer and Cast

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba has been one of the most successful anime series in recent years, and the first two seasons and the Mugen Train movie received a lot of praise from fans and critics. Recently, the producer and cast teased their goals for Season 3, which is currently in the works. Season 2 adapted the Entertainment District Arc from Koyoharu Gotouge's best-selling manga series this year, and the next season will adapt the Swordsmith Village Arc.

During a special panel at Anime Expo earlier this summer, producer Yuma Takahashi and Tanjiro Kamado voice star Natsuki Hanae talked about Demon Slayer's anime production. In addition to reflecting what happened during the course of the first two seasons and the massively-successful movie release, they discussed what they hope to see happen with Season 3 of the series adapting the Swordsmith Village Arc of the manga.

As Comicbook.com reported, Takahashi teased that as Tanjiro continues to grow so will the story and presentation for it. Of course, studio Ufotable is expected to deliver the best possible adaptation of the Swordsmith Village Arc.

Hanae is also excited to see how Tanjiro will grow, and is especially looking forward to see two more of the Hashira in action in Season 3. As they concluded their tease, they hoped fans will enjoy what the upcoming season has to offer.

Earlier this year, Ufotable released a teaser trailer for Demon Slayer Season 3, which you can watch below:
