After the release of the Mugen Train arc earlier this year, Demon Slayer: Entertainment District Arc is finally available on Netflix in the US and other territories.
The second season’s availability on Netflix was confirmed recently by the show’s official US Twitter account.
With his, more people can get to watch (or re-watch) Tanjiro and his friends as they face off against two fearsome Upper-Rank demons.
While this is the first time that the Entertainment District Arc is available to stream on Netflix in the US, the show has already been released previously in other regions.
Demon Slayer’s Availability on Netflix
Most anime shows are available on various streaming platforms in Japan, though that is not the case internationally.
Typically, anime titles are available only on select streaming sites when they are first released.
Due to the fragmented nature of anime streaming rights, shows are sometimes available on one platform in the US, but not in other countries or vice versa.
This is the case with Demon Slayer as new episodes of the show are released soon after their Japanese broadcast, but only in select Asian countries like Thailand and the Philippines.
Currently, several Southeast Asian countries also get a simulcast for Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc.
But in the US, Europe, and other regions, the latest season is released on Crunchyroll.
Though Crunchyroll does not hold the exclusive streaming rights to the show in the US given that the first season of Demon Slayer has been available on Netflix for some time now.

Entertainment District Arc Now Streaming on Netflix in More Regions
Finally, Aniplex USA announced that all eleven episodes of the Entertainment District Arc are now available on Netflix in the US.
The season is also streaming now in a couple of other countries.
Aside from the US, the Entertainment District Arc is also listed as available in the UK, Canada, France, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Though for now, there’s no word yet on availability in other countries.
Given the arc’s release, it’s possible that Swordsmith Village will also get a Netflix release, though likely not anytime soon.
After all, it took over a year for the other seasons to get released on Netflix.
In the meantime, new episodes of the Swordsmith Village Arc are released on Crunchyroll in the US every Sunday.
