Since its announcement back in August 2022, Studio Trigger fans have been waiting for more info. Finally, the first Delicious in Dungeon trailer will be shared next week along with more info about the anime.
As the next work from the renowned anime studio Trigger, Delicious in Dungeon is an anime that has a lot of hype behind it. It also helps that the manga it’s based on is a well-received title.
With the upcoming teaser, fans will finally be able to get their first look at the anime’s main character, Laios.
Studio Trigger’s Next Anime Project Is Coming Soon
Studio Trigger is one of the most well-known anime studios with a strong following thanks to their distinct style and popular TV shows and movies over the years.
The studio was founded by former Gainax members, many of whom worked on the Gurren Lagann anime.
So, it’s no surprise that many of their works had a signature style that can be traced back to Gurren Lagann.
One of their most popular works is the Kill la Kill anime series, an original show that, despite airing almost a decade ago, continues to be a popular series.
Trigger has also worked on various popular titles like Little Witch Academia, SSSS.Gridman, and Promare. The studio also collaborated with CloverWorks on Darling in the Franxx.
The studio’s most recent work is Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, an anime that’s considered to be one of the best shows of 2022. It even won Anime of the Year at the 7th Crunchyroll Anime Awards.

Delicious in Dungeon Teaser Video Reveal
Instead of dropping the new teaser outright, Trigger is hyping up the upcoming Delicious in Dungeon trailer release by announcing when fans can expect to watch it.
Specifically, the anime’s first teaser will be released on May 25 at 9:00 PM JST (8:00 AM EDT / 5:00 AM PDT), and it will be available on the KADOKAWA Anime YouTube channel.
It’s also confirmed that the trailer will reveal the voice actor of Laios, the show’s main character, though the rest of the cast might not be revealed there yet.
This trailer will give the first proper look at the anime, though some fans already have an idea of what to expect.
After all, Trigger has worked on an animated advertisement for the Delicious in Dungeon manga.
Currently, there’s no word yet on when the anime will be released, but it’s likely that it will premiere in 2024.
