Here's What Happened Before DanMachi Season 4 Episode 22
Ryuu Lion and Bell Cranel were able to escape the Colosseum, so they agreed to rest for a while before continuing their way out. The two then entered a new room that was not part of the map.
While resting, Ryuu told Bell that his arm wouldn't fully heal until they reach the surface.
Bell did not complain even when they had to do skin-to-skin contact to warm their bodies.
The two continued their journey upwards until they reached the Fourth Ring, where they found the Fifth Wall leading to the 36th Floor.
They were about to continue walking when they saw the same Juggernaut they fought before, now right on top of them. Bell attacked the Juggernaut despite realizing that it had a new arm.
Considering his condition, Bell was no match for the Juggernaut, so he ended up getting stabbed by the monster.
Ryuu saved him from further injuries by dragging him into a small cavern. She tried to heal him once more, giving him all her remaining energy.
She lost consciousness after, and Bell promised her that he would do everything to protect her.
