Cho Yi Hyun continues to be one of the rising South Korean actresses following her 2017 debut.
Despite her young age, Cho Yi Hyun has proven she can act with veteran stars regardless of the flick’s theme. She first scored people’s attention when he made her acting debut in KBS2 Witch’s Court before appearing in more award-winning series, including Sweet Revenge, Hospital Playlist, and How To Buy a Friend.
She will soon appear on the upcoming Netflix series, All of Us Are Dead, and play the role of Choi Nam Ra.
Most recently, she played the lead female character in the eighth installment of the School drama series, School 2021. As it serves as one of her biggest breaks thus far, she shared what she thinks about her role and experience while filming the drama.

Cho Yi Hyun Said She Worked Hard on Series
Following the end of School 2021, Cho Yi Hyun appeared in an interview where she talked about the hardships of playing the main character in a series.
According to the young actress, she is not sure if she did well in the series. However, she assured her fans that she truly worked hard so she would not have regrets after filming it. In addition, her School 2021 character served as the first main role she ever got. Thus, she faced difficulties while playing the character.

“It was difficult at times because there were many lines and scenes to film, but I was thankful to be able to have that experience. I did my best to analyze the character, and I became more responsible,” she went on.
But her efforts were paid off as she won the Best Couple award alongside Kim Yo Han at the 2021 KBS Drama Awards. After scoring the milestone, she thanked the award-giving body for seeing the chemistry she and her co-star shared.
Cho Yi Hyun Earned Compliments Because of Her Energetic Side
Cho Yi Hyun played the role of Jin Ji Won in School 2021, and the actress has been praised for having an energetic spirit which highlighted her character even more. Some people reportedly said she changed while filming the drama, but she explained that it is just that she and her character have similar dreams.
As for one thing that makes her different from Jin Ji Won, she said she does not have a first love yet.
Her character also helped her to do her parts as easily as possible. But regardless of that, the actress noted that she did not feel pressure while recording her scenes.
“There was no pressure. I wasn’t too focused on worrying about whether the drama would do well or not. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t a nuisance,” she said.
In the end, Cho Yi Hyun took her time to thank everyone who supported her in her latest drama.
