We haven't really seen much of the MCU post-Ant-Man and The Wasp, which is a shame since many want more Captain Marvel news. Her movie comes out in March and will be set in the 90's which has many fans excited since younger versions of Nick Fury and Phil Coulson have been confirmed. However, the one thing fans really want to see is actress Brie Larson in the Captain Marvel outfit and we don't mean the green one seen in BTS photos.
Larson's first appearance was teased during a magazine cover and we got another hint recently with the recently leaked merchandise of the character. A tweet from Captain Marvel News has supposedly confirmed notebooks based on the film, one of which features an image of Larson as Earth's Mightiest Hero.
The notebook featuring the character doesn't blow away expectations but at least it doesn't disappoint. All fans want to see is Brie Larson in the costume artist Jamie McKelvie designed and that is what we got.
Her look here matches what fans are expecting to see and we're all hoping that the film's first trailer has Larson in the costume as well. This is an origin story so we might not see her suit up until the middle-point of the film or the climax. Whatever the case, she is going to be involved with the Kree-Skrull War, so expect a lot of woman-on-alien violence.
Captain Marvel comes out on March 8, 2019.
