Can Hank Pym Talk To Ants in Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania?
There is no question that Hank Pym loves ants, he built the Ant-Man suit and became the first one to don the title because of it! Being the first Ant-Man before Scott Lang, Hank Pym has built technology to communicate and control the ants and it finally pays off in Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania.
When their whole family was sucked into the Quantum Realm, Hank Pym's precious ant farm went down with them. When Hank first arrived, his earpiece has been receiving signals which he first thought as a glitch resulting from their new environment.
Over the course of Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania, it may be a subtle detail but Hank Pym is always seen to be picking up some signals and having some difficulties on his ear piece. It wasn't until the later half of the film when Pym finally realized what is going on -- his ants are reaching out to him!
As amazing as that sounds, Hank Pym found out that his ant farm was taken into some other dimension of the Quantum Realm where they built an entire "Class 2 Civilization," where they became immensely high-tech. With Pym's love for his ants, they are giving back to him by helping them defeat Kang!
Kang was even humiliated when he told Scott Lang that he is just a man who can talk to ants then an army of ants ravaged over him. Hank Pym apologizes for being a few minutes left but hey, his ant colony saved the day!

That being said, it is apparent that Hank Pym can talk to ants in Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania.
What makes Hank Pym different is that he connects to the ants in a deeper way. He talks to them in full fascination and could go on hours talking about them. He is so invested in them that he let them have their own world in the Quantum Realm because he knows they will be thriving there.
In the comics, Hank Pym built his "cybernetic helmet" which allows him to communicate with ants through psionic, pheromonal, and electrical waves. That gives Pym a grasp of the ants' mental and emotional state. This helmet is included in the Ant-Man suit.
