BTS’s Jungkook has several tattoos on his body, and it has been a topic as of late. So, to finally set the issues aside, the idol has finally broken his silence about his body arts.

Jungkook talked about his tattoos with his fans, from the cover-up of his eye to the ARMY lettering. So, will he remove his tattoos amid the fans’ questions and suggestions to do it?

Jungkook Addresses Fans’ Suggestions Over Tattoos

During his live stream, the 25-year-old addressed the talks about his tattoo.

To answer the question if he would remove them, he said doing it is painful.

“I don’t like pain. Removing them hurts, and I heard it takes a while,” he admitted.

“I understand why some people want to get them removed but...really? Because it's something that I've wanted. That's why they remain,” he continued. “If I remove them, that means I am denying my past self. That past self was also me. So, I don't think removing them is the right thing (for me)."

However, if there comes a time that he needs to remove his tattoos, Jungkook will be open to it.

But if it’s not necessary, he may never do it.

"I think there might come a day you regret it... but since he got them because he wanted to, I don't think other people are entitled to tell him to consider removing them~ It's his individuality and style,” one fan said.

"It's not an ethical issue, so I don't think it's anyone's business to tell others what to do. That's unnecessarily crossing the boundaries,” another explained.
