As BTS members focus on their individual endeavors amid their break from group activities, they also try to achieve their personal goals. For Jungkook’s part, it has been reported that the K-pop supergroup’s youngest member is building his new home.

BTS Jungkook Is Reportedly Building New Home in Itaewon
In a report by Mail Today, the news outlet cited business insiders who said Jungkook is building a home in one of the richest neighborhoods in South Korea — Itaewon-dong.
It noted that the idol previously acquired a detached home in 2020 for 7.6 billion KRW, around $6 million. After obtaining a construction permit for the property from the city of Yongsan in July, the existing home was demolished to give way to what Jungkook plans to have.

The report added that the construction began building the idol’s detached luxury home. It will reportedly have 2 below ground levels and 3 above ground levels.
It is expected to be completed by May 2024.
Itaewon-dong is home to several executives, including the chairman of SK Group Choi Tae Won, Shinsegae Group chairman Lee Myung Hee, Hyundai Motor Group chairman Jung Eui Sun, and Nong Shim Group chairman Shin Dong Won.
