Jin is part of the visual line of BTS. It is not surprising considering he meets and even surpasses the South Korean beauty standards, inside and outside the world of K-pop.

As a global icon and celebrity, there is no doubt that he takes good care of his appearance, including his fitness and health. There are even instances when he shared with the group’s audience how he does some of his exercises.

This seemingly makes fans and followers more interested in his workout routines. With the growing curiosity over the matter, KpopStarz released a list of the regimens Jin follows to maintain his “glorious abs” and fit body figure.

Exercises, Workout Regimen That Jin Does Every Day

The publication said that the daily dance practice of BTS plays a major role in Jin’s figure. It is reportedly one of the things that allow him to “stay in shape” despite the septet’s hectic work schedule.

As claimed, the seven K-pop idols spend a “significant” amount of time perfecting their dance steps. They do their rehearsals every single day, lasting for up to three hours for each session.

Aside from dancing every day, Jin also does cardio workouts. This is said to be one of his preferences when it comes to exercises.

Strength Training And Flexibility-Based Routines

The same outlet continued that the BTS member loves “flexibility-based exercises,” as well. It did not, however, share the details or include some examples of how he does this kind of routine.

Alongside this, Jin does strength training, too, like most of the BTS members. He was once seen with Jungkook, doing some routines, such as push-ups and jump squats.

Health-Yogi previously listed the group’s hyung’s reported regimen. These include lunges, burpees, plank reach, crunches, leg raises, and shoulder blades.

As noted, these also fall under the BTS member’s bodyweight training, allowing him to maintain his weight. He incorporates a personal diet program, as well, in it to compliment the entire regimen.
