Many brand J-Hope as one of the cutest K-pop idols today. But, apart from his good looks, as well as skills and talents, fans and followers also praise him for his slender and toned figure.

It is not surprising considering that this appears to be a requirement for any individual who wants to enter the world of K-pop. Accordingly, working on it with consistency is a must, especially for the members of one of the most successful all-male groups in the world.

It is worth noting, however, that the Butter singers do not utilize gyms and fitness centers for their workout regimens. They, instead, maximize their homes and studios for their exercises, and J-Hope is no exception.

J-Hope's Standard Workout Routines

The BTS rapper does the standard routines for his complimentary workout. Health-Yogi claimed that he does not follow many exercises, similar to other members of the group.

They, nevertheless, do reps and sets of the usual bodyweight routines. These include push-ups, squats, crunches, and jumping jacks.

For J-Hope, his regimen reportedly centers on push-ups, mountain climbers, squats, lunges, crunches, leg raises, and planks. He does each of the exercises for 20 reps in four sets. The rest time for each set is said to be 30 seconds.

The K-pop idol also incorporates cross punches in his standard workout routine. As stated, he does them 100 times for each session.

Dancing Is A Big Plus For BTS

The BTS member, indeed, does work out to improve his health and figure. But, alongside the standard bodyweight regimens, J-Hope seemingly takes advantage of the group’s dance rehearsals.

As the public would recall, dancing is an effective exercise. Experts even recommend it to many individuals to gain its benefits, such as strengthening of bones and muscles and improving flexibility and balance.

KpopStarz said that the seven K-pop idols have to practice their choreographies two to three hours per day, every day of the week.

While this may already be enough for some, the members of BTS usually spend more time in rehearsals, especially when they have upcoming performances and engagements.
