There is a reason why J-Hope is the richest member of BTS. Apart from his success as a K-pop idol, he also has skills in investing.

Reports said that the South Korean artist has an impressive real estate portfolio. He is one of the idols who spend their fortune on investments, especially properties.

J-Hope As The King Of Real Estate

J-Hope bought a luxury apartment in Seoul Forest Trimage. It is one of the most expensive apartment complexes in South Korea.

The BTS rapper shelled out ₩1.4 billion ($1.1 million) to become a homeowner in the complex in 2016. He became the first member of the group to purchase his own home.

Two years later, the value of the property rose to ₩2.4 billion ($1.99 million), making him one of the K-pop idols who have made the “best realty investment.”

This likely explains why J-Hope is “very fond” of investing in real estate, as Bollywood Life reported.
