The digital release of Black Adam happens today and as the film comes out online, to celebrate this feat of the movie, Vudu drops the first ten minutes of the film starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson online for free as posted on their official YouTube page.
Today marks the official digital release of Black Adam which means it is now available to purchase or rent online via participating platforms before its release on 4K, DVD, and Blu-Ray on January 3. One of those platforms is Vudu and they just released the first ten minutes of the film online.
The first ten minutes of Black Adam shows the before and after of Kahndaq where Black Adam originated in 2600 BCE, from a slave, he became a champion chosen by the gods, and it shows his son making a stand against the oppressors in power.
Then, it cuts to the present time in Kahndaq where Adrianna Tomaz and her son, Amon, runs away from something as they carry an ancient relic which turns out to be a pivotal piece later in the film. It is exactly the time before Black Adam awakens.

Black Adam follows the introduction of the titular hero to the DCU lore where he, an anti-hero, becomes the champion and protector of Kahndaq, and he will be facing an evil that only he could stop, Sabbac, with the help of the Justice Society of America.
What made Black Adam stir some noise online is its post-credits scene which confirms the return of Henry Cavill as Superman in the DCU and it caused some excitement especially for the fans who have been waiting for a long time for the return of Henry Cavill as Superman.
Black Adam is now available for rent or purchase on participating streaming platforms. It will be available on 4K, DVD, and Blu-Ray on January 3, 2023.
