After its announcement in the second half of 2022, Birdie Wing Season 2 revealed its latest visual that highlights its complete cast. The upcoming golf anime also shared its April release date.
While previous visuals mostly centered on the two main characters, the rest of the cast was also given the spotlight in this new poster. Of course, the two main stars are still front and center here.

The sports anime genre is filled with lots of popular titles, with many of the most popular shows over the past years belonging to the genre.
Just last year, Blue Lock became a hot topic thanks to the World Cup. And a few years back, shows such as Haikyuu!! and Kuroko’s Basketball were incredibly popular (and they still are to this day).
While Birdie Wing -Golf Girls' Story- may not be as well-known as the biggest sports anime, it still got some attention when the first season aired back in the Spring 22 season.
Sure, golf may not seem like the most exciting sport as it doesn’t have the immediate impact of something like soccer or basketball, but viewers praised Birdie Wing for a thrilling and, at times, wacky depiction of golf.
Praise was also heaped upon its two main characters by fans, with many viewers being compelled by the rivalry between the two stars.
It may not have gone viral as Blue Lock did, but its first season was successful enough that it got renewed for a second season quite quickly.

Birdie Wing Season 2 Cast, Release Date
Season 1's voice cast is back for the next, so the anime once again features Akari Kito (Nezuko Kamado in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba) as Evangeline and Asami Seto (Nobara Kugisaki in Jujutsu Kaisen) as Aoi Amawashi.
While Evangeline and Aoi feature prominently in the visual, other cast members are also given a chance to shine in this new key visual, which you can see here:
Along with the visual’s release, the Birdie Wing Season 2 release date and time were also confirmed.
In Japan, the anime’s second season will premiere on April 7 at 1:23 JST (8:23 PT / 11:23 ET).
Right now, there’s no word yet on where the show will be streamed outside Japan.
But chances are that it will be streamed on Crunchyroll as the first season is available now on the platform.
