MBC TV Kdrama Big Mouth continuously gets viewers’ attention with its exciting storyline. Spearheaded by Girls’ Generation YoonA and actor Lee Jong Suk, this hard-boiled noir series is directed by Oh Choong Hwan and written by Kim Ha Ram.
Big Mouth Episode 11 aired on September 2, 2022, at 9:50 PM KST. According to Nielsen Korea, Episode 11 received a nationwide viewership rating of 11.4%. This was a 14% increase compared to the previous episode’s rating.

Big Mouth Episode 11 Recap
Big Mouth Episode 11 sees Changho joining forces with the acting warden, Gan Soochul. Together, they plot a plan that can have them a step closer to the real Big Mouse. Warden Gan orders all inmates to gather in the auditorium and proposes a new set of rules. He strips off all inmates hoping to find the prisoners with the same tattoo as what Changho had shown him.
However, when they succeed in identifying three of the Big Mouse’s men, Warden Gan betrays Changho. He follows Mayor Choi Doha’s orders and reveals to everyone in the penitentiary that Changho is not the real Big Mouse.
Warden Gan also proposes that anyone who finds the real Big Mouse will receive a special reward. Changho decides to lay low and let Warden Gan perform his plan.

Girls’ Generation YoonA Collects Blood Samples From The Prisoners In Big Mouth Episode 11
On the other hand, Miho continues collecting blood samples from the model inmates inside the prison. She updates Hyejin about it, who has returned to South Korea.
Miho reserves a pension house for Hyejin to stay in but is secretly followed by Dr. Han. Mayor Choi Doha discovers that Changho and Miho already know about him. He goes to the pension house to see Hyejin but is met with her dead body and Dr. Han who is overly confused about what he did.
Meanwhile, Joohee, the director of Gucheon Hospital, got in a car accident and was reported to have been under the influence of drugs. But it turns out that it was the same method that Mayor Choi had done on Changho, leaving him to think that Big Mouse was behind his wife’s accident.

Lee Jong Suk Meets The Real Big Mouse In Big Mouth Episode 11
Warden Gan receives an order from Mayor Choi Doha. Because Changho and Miho are already a pain in their plans, Warden Gan creates a riot inside the prison. All the inmates have gone wild, which will eventually lead to a couple of deaths.
All while the riot is happening, Changho is waiting inside the special ward where he will meet the real Big Mouse. The electricity went off, and the door silently opened, signaling someone’s arrival.
When Changho lights up the lighter in front of him, he sees a silhouette of a familiar co-prisoner, who he assumes to be the real Big Mouse.
