What is Berserk: The Golden Age Arc Memorial Edition About?

Berserk: The Golden Age Arc Memorial Edition, as the title suggests, is a remastered edited version of the 2012 film trilogy, Berserk: The Golden Age Arc.

The first of the three films, The Egg of the King, recounts the beginning of the Berserk series. It tells the story of Guts' fateful meeting with Griffith, the leader of the mercenary group, The Band of the Hawk.

The second film, titled The Battle for Doldrey, picks up where the first one left off.

It depicts how Guts left Griffith's mercenary group to pursue his own dream. Furthermore, it portrays the end of the Hundred Years War, when Casca successfully kills Adon.

Finally, the third film, The Advent, follows Guts on his quest to find the Apostles and the God Hand.

Because Berserk: The Golden Age Arc Memorial Edition is a remastered version, the anime will include new and improved scenes that were not included in the film trilogy.
