Avengers: Quantum Encounter Features a Surprise Appearance of Newly-Introduced MCU Character

Besides the films and TV shows, the MCU is now also venturing into the Disney cruise line with its new interactive dining experience titled Avengers: Quantum Encounter where guests can dine with their favorite heroes such as Ant-Man, the Wasp, Captain Marvel, and Captain America. However, as it turns out, there is one more MCU hero that is also going to be part of the adventure.

As reported by ComicBook.com, Ms. Marvel herself, Kamala Khan, made an appearance in Avengers: Quantum Encounter with Iman Vellani reprising the role. In her scene (which you can see the video below), the newly-introduced MCU character can be seen interacting with Captain America (Anthony Mackie) and her idol Captain Marvel (Brie Larson). Ms. Marvel's involvement was kept under wraps prior to the unveiling of the show.

In case you're not familiar, Avengers: Quantum Encounter is an interactive dining experience that is part of the World of Marvel attraction on the new Disney Wish cruise ship. As described by EW, the show "sees guests playing an interactive role in an action-packed Avengers mission that unfolds around them involving Ant-Man and the Wasp. Together, they embark on a public speaking engagement on behalf of the Avengers, which includes a special presentation of powerful hero technologies like Captain America's shield, Iron Man's Arc Reactor, and Ant-Man's Pym Particles."

In addition to Vellani, Mackie, and Larson, Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly are also reprising their respective MCU roles as well as Ross Marquand (as the voice of Ultron) and Kerry Condon (as the voice of F.R.I.D.A.Y.).

While the dining experience is not officially part of the MCU canon, it is still exciting to see Ms. Marvel joining the mission with the Avengers that she idolized and it just shows how she has become such an integral part of the Marvel Universe. It's now more exciting to see her interact with the other heroes in the MCU projects soon.
