Following the triumphant return of the final season of Attack on Titan, the fans and viewers of the show were left concerned for Mikasa as her current state is really fragile after she reunites with Eren and Armin after a big revelation resulted in her tearing up even when she is known for being a strong character.

In the return of the season, Armin puts the question as to why they should help Eren following the ambush of Marley. However, Mikasa has her entire existence into question after Eren puts her into a fragile state.
Eren tells Mikasa that the only reason why she likes him is a mistake from the start as it is only an instinct coming from her own bloodline. Being an Ackerman, those in the bloodline is not capable of going against the Founding Titan and with Eren having that bloodline in him, Mikasa was drawn into him, not by her own choice, but because of an unconscious force within her. This leaves Mikasa questioning her own feelings, leaving her in a fragile state.

Attack on Titan’s final season returns this January 2022 after the first part was released in December 2020. It ended with a cliffhanger which perfectly sets in stone what comes next when the show returns.
