The episodes will be available after the new episodes air in Japan, where the final episodes will air on the NHK General TV channel.
However, those who want to watch via Crunchyroll and Funimation will need a Premium subscription to watch episodes as they come out, or risk waiting another week (and running into potential spoilers).

When does Attack on Titan Season 4, Part 2 come out?
Attack on Titan: The Final Season, Part 2 premiered on Sunday, January 9. The title of the first episode of this season is Judgement. The title of Episode 2 is confirmed to be Sneak Attack, and new episodes will air every Sunday.
The anime series is scheduled to air in Japan on NHK at 12:05 AM JST (7:05 AM PST / 10:05 AM EST).

MAPPA hasn't released the episode list for Attack on Titan Season 4, Part 2, but it's already confrimed that unlike Part 1, Part 2 will consist of just 12 episodes, which doesn't seem enough to cover the material left in Hajime Isayama's popular manga series. This led many to theorize that the anime adaptation will wrap up the story in a potential feature-length film or a third part of the final season.
Fans already know that the title of premiere episode of the Season 4, Part 2 is Judgement, and the second episode's title is Sneak Attack.
