There is no denying that one of the largest anime titles to ever set foot in this time and date is Attack on Titan and it already secured being a staple name in the industry in the years of its release. Now, it just secured another accolade as it has been considered that it is currently the most in-demand television series based on new reports.

Attack on Titan is Now Considered as Television's Most In-Demand Series Based on New Report

The market research film, Parrot Analytics, dropped the news on its 4th Annual Global TV Demand Rewards that Attack on Titan is now the world’s most in-demand television series for the year 2021. To date, it is the first-ever anime title and non-English series to ever secure the title as only The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones held the said position before.

When it comes to the most in-demand legacy series, it was Dragon Ball Z that secured the title while Squid Game holds the most in-demand series debut.

Parrot Analytics determined the results on the basis of the demand based on the title’s signals online such as the search data, Facebook likes, Google queries, and basically its digital footprint for the entire year of 2021. In the press release, they said that Attack on Titan got a global demand that reached 118% in comparison as to what it got the previous year.

Currently, Attack on Titan is on its fourth and final season with the second half of the show. It has one of the most successful returns this year and its premiere episode was a blast, shocking everyone to their core. The story is getting darker and darker with Eren trying to contact his brother, Zeke, so they could unlock the powerful Founding Titan.

Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2 can be streamed online through both anime streaming giants of Crunchyroll and Funimation, and it is available on Hulu as well. Premium access subscribers get a week of an earlier release as a perk for their subscription costing of $9.99 a month, or $79.99 a year, and in Funimation for the price of $5.99 per month or $59.99 a year, before the episodes gets released for free to the general public the following week.
