In the third episode of Hawkeye, Echoes, a full display of trick arrows were shown in an intense car chase between Clint Barton and Kate Bishop against Echo and the Tracksuit mafia after the former escaped from captivity. A Trick Arrow on Hawkeye Played a Pivotal Role in What If..? Season 1 Finale: The USB Arrow
In Episode 3 of Hawkeye, a chase ensued with Clint and Kate on the run after escaping from the Tracksuit mafia and Echo and there was a lot of trick arrows introduced as Kate randomly pulls arrows while Clint was driving away. There was a lot upgrades on the weaponry of Hawkeye and the arrows were extremely special.
One of the many trick arrows was the USB arrow and Kate was so confused as to what to do with it since it is not lethal nor would it harm the bad guys but she had to improvise and distract them so they would stop shooting at Clint. Kate bluffed as if the arrow was as deadly as the previous ones that she fired onto them. It turns out to be a harmless one and it just bounced off the belly of the head of the Tracksuit mafia.
While the trick of Kate worked, this is not the first time the USB arrow was seen in the MCU. In another canon show, What If..?, the USB arrow played a pivotal role in the finale of Season 1 wherein it was used to take down Ultron Vision in the most uncanny way.

In the finale of What If..? Season 1, Hawkeye and Black Widow were the only ones left in a universe that Ultron Vision destroyed when he got ahold of all the six Infinity Stones. They sought for something that could destroy the villain as he seemed to be inevitably wiping down an entire universe then later, the rest of the multiverse.
Hawkeye and Black Widow found a way and it was Arnim Zola, a scientist who experimented with Hydra to replicate the super soldier serum. The genius continued to live beyond death as he uploaded his consciousness into a computer. Hawkeye and Black Widow stored him into the USB arrow and they plan to connect it to Ultron Vision and corrupt him from the inside of his program.
While Hawkeye did the ultimate sacrifice, like a reverse scene from Endgame, Black Widow was able to survive and she managed to shoot the arrow into the eyes of Ultron Vision with the help of Captain Carter and the rest of the Guardians of the Multiverse.
The USB arrow may be useless in a fight, but hey, it’s a trick arrow that Kate managed to use to their advantage. Plus, it could be useful as well in certain situations like that in What If..? Season 1 finale.
