Captain America: Civil War may be about disagreement and war between the Avengers, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be any love between some of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.
In fact, one aspect of the movie that comic book fans will be happy to learn is that there will be romance between Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch and Paul Bettany’s the Vision.
Olsen sat down with ET for the I Saw the Light press junket. The 27-year-old actress opened up about her role as Scarlet Witch in the highly anticipated Marvel film.
Olsen said of the romance between the Scarlet Witch and Vision:
It's "totally" happening.
You learn a little bit more about what connects [Scarlet and Vision] in this film. And I think there's some really sweet moments between Paul and I, and it's more about how they relate to one another and their similarities just based on their superpowers.
Take a look at the interview, with Olsen's comments at the 0:41 mark:
So far though, there has been no Captain America: Civil War trailer showing any romance between the Vision and Wanda Maximoff. In fact, the only scene we saw the two characters together was of Wanda pinning down the Vision to his knees with her superpowers. Then again, anything could happen in Civil War. We might see the Vision taking another side.
Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on May 6.
