The Mandalorian Actor Temuera Morrison Reportedly Cast in Unexpected Star Wars Series

There is little doubt that fans love seeing Temuera Morrison kicking ass as Boba Fett in The Mandalorian Season 2. But is it possible that the Aquaman actor will make an appearance as a completely different character in a new Star Wars series? A new leak may have confirmed that Morrison could take on an awesome new role in another highly anticipated Disney+ show.

It was previously reported that new details about the Obi-Wan Kenobi series have been leaked and it was revealed that Darth Vader isn't the only major villain who might be after the Jedi Master. According to the latest Kessel Run Transmissions live stream, Commander Cody is expected to lead a clone squad who have been tasked with finding Obi-Wan.

So who else could play Cody in Obi-Wan Kenobi? The live stream reportedly confirmed that Morrison has been cast as the clone marshal commander CC-2224.

This isn't exactly a huge surprise considering that all the clones look like Morrison, who originally played Jango Fett in the Star Wars prequel trilogy films. In addition to that, the new role somehow confirms previous speculations that Morrison has been cast in more than just one role in the upcoming Disney+ shows.

We're loving the idea of Morrison playing the live-action version of Cody yet again. However, it is important to point out that Disney and Lucasfilm have not yet confirmed the casting. With that in mind, it's best to take this with a grain of salt.
