My Hero Academia Season 5 Confirms Temporary Break After Episode 101


There is little doubt that things are getting exciting for My Hero Academia Season 5. However, it looks like the current season of the anime will be taking a break after the highly anticipated Episode 101 this week.

In the latest episode of My Hero Academia Season 5, Izuku Midoriya tried to figure out a way to manifest Blackwhip. However, he also acknowledges that the quirk might not manifest since he is determined to master One for All first. Meanwhile, Shoto Todoroki and Katsuki Bakugo have earned their Hero Licenses and set to to the snowy streets to defeat a gang of thieves.

So what happens next? All will be revealed in My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 13. However, it was confirmed during an online fan event featuring the cast that fans will need to wait a little longer for the next story arc.

There were several updates dropped during the event. For instance, it was confirmed that My Hero Academia Episode 101 will be the final episode for the first story arc. The second story arc will kick off with Episode 102 and the show's timeslot will not be changed. Moreover, it was revealed that there will be no new episode airing on July 3 as the anime takes a break.
