Following the announcement of the release date of Demon Slayer: Mugen Train last month, Funimation has just announced that they will be streaming Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 once it comes out in 2021.
In honor of the announcement, Funimation has posted an official promotional video of the upcoming season on their YouTube channel with English subtitles. Check it out below:
Funimation has mentioned that they are streaming the series in the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba — Yuukaku-hen will cover the Entertainment District Arc of the series. This is right after the events of Mugen Train, which is available to stream on Funimation as well. Here is the key visual from Funimation:
The adventures of Tanjiro, Nezuko, Inosuke, and Zenitsu continue as they are tasked with accompanying the Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui, to the Yoshiwara district. They are on a mission to search for Tengen's wives who have gone missing after conducting an investigation on demons in the aforementioned area.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a shōnen manga series by Koyoharu Gotouge released in February 2019. It was serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump until May 2020, gathering 205 chapters in 23 volumes. In 2019, the first season of the anime adaptation was released by Ufotable which includes 26 episodes.

The series has achieved worldwide popularity, immediately becoming one of the best new-generation anime for many fans. Demon Slayer: Mugen Train has broken records by becoming the highest-grossing anime film globally, in which the spot was previously owned by Studio Ghibli's Spirited Away.
