Demon Slayer Season 2 Releases New Poster

Rejoice, Demon Slayer fans! A new update regarding Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 has been announced earlier today in Japan.

The official Twitter account of Ufotable has posted an amazing new key visual. It features the main ensemble alongside the characters that we're going to encounter in the Entertainment District Arc. Check it out below.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba — Yuukaku-hen will cover the Entertainment District Arc of the manga, which follows after the events of Mugen Train. Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu are tasked with accompanying Tengen Uzui, the Sound Hashira, to Yoshiwara. He is searching for his missing wives who were doing an investigation about demons in the district.

Alongside the release of the new key visual, the show's Twitter account also released a promotional video for it. You can watch the video here:

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a shōnen manga series created by Koyoharu Gotouge. It was serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 2016 to 2020. An anime adaptation by Ufotable was released in 2019 with the first season having a total of 26 episodes.

The series has become incredibly popular worldwide, breaking numerous records. Its most recent movie release, Demon Slayer: Mugen Train, has become the highest-grossing anime film globally. Mugen Train has also broken a record regarding home release sales.

Mugen Train will be having a TV broadcast in Japan on September 25, 2021. It has been reported that after the broadcast, we will be getting new information regarding Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2. Let's cross our fingers and hope that we finally get a release date!
