Wizards of the Coast recently commissioned Filipino freelance artist Brian Valeza to create new art for the Magic: The Gathering creature "Mizzy, the Shivan Dragon". Valeza has shared the illustrations of Mitzy at Artstation, and he said that he received the "special assignment" a couple of months ago from WotC, and that the art is part of a 5th Anniversary gift for WotC employees.
As the artist notes, this is the calmer version of Mitzy, and the art director was Sandra Everingham. According to WotC employee Ben Finkel, the art is for plaques awarded to employees for their fifth anniversary.

Valeza's version of the Shivan Dragon definitely looks calmer than Melissa A. Benson's art from the original card.
