For the first time ever, the Kingdom Hearts series is coming to the PC, and it will be available as an Epic Games Store exclusive. Fans of the popular role-playing game series have been waiting for a chance to experience Sora's adventures outside of PlayStation consoles, and now it's finally coming. Square Enix has announced that Kingdom Hearts games will be released for the PC on March 30, 2021.
“It is truly a great pleasure to bring so many Kingdom Hearts adventures to PC gamers around the world,” said Producer Ichiro Hazama in a statement. “Our collaboration with Epic Games is one that stretches back to the development of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and as part of this ongoing relationship, the team at Epic Games have been incredibly supportive in helping us make this a reality. I’m incredibly excited for so many new players to discover and enjoy the action, magic, and friendship of Kingdom Hearts on PC.”

The main entries of the Kingdom Hearts series were only available on PlayStation consoles, with the exception of Kingdom Hearts 3, which was released on Xbox One, and the spinoff games, released on various Sony and Nintendo platforms. The Epic Games Store will release Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 Remix, Kingdom Hearts 2.8 HD Final Chapter Prologue, Kingdom Hearts 3 + Re Mind and Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory. Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 Remix will be available for $49.99, and all the other titles will cost $59.99. That's the same price as when they were newly released, so it's surprising since last Februrary, Square Enix released the Kingdom Hearts All-in-One Package for $49.99 on PlayStation 4, with only missing games being the Re Mind DLC for Kingdom Hearts 3 and the Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory.
