What Is The Plot And Storyline Of Kdrama Lovers Of The Red Sky?
Lovers of the Red Sky tells the story of Hong Cheon Gi (Kim Yoo Jung), the Joseon dynasty's first female painter. As Hong Cheon Gi learns painting inside the Dohwaseo (Korean Royal Academy of Painting), she gets entangled in a love triangle with Ha Ram (Ahn Hyo Seop), a blind scholar who is knowledgeable in astronomy and meteorology, and Prince Yang Myeong (Gong Myung), who has a huge interest in the arts.

Set during the Joseon era, before the Devil gets locked away, he puts a curse on the kingdom and it suffers from drought and famine for years. Cheon Gi, who was born blind, meets Ha Ram, a boy who's supposed to be a sacrifice for the rainmaking ritual. When the Devil is accidentally released, it resides in the body of Ha Ram, but the source of his powers, his eyes, are taken away and given to Cheon Gi who recovers her vision.
