The series saw a 1.6% rise in its viewership ratings compared to the previous episode aired on September 6, 2021.

Lovers of the Red Sky episode 3 received a nationwide viewership rating of 8.0% and the recently aired episode 4 marked a new personal best for the Kdrama. With this, the series maintained its No.1 position among other Kdramas aired on a Monday-Tuesday timeslot.
