After winning three HOHs and Power of Veto's (POV), it was time for Kyland to head to the jury. But he didn't go down without a fight.

Following the POV game, Kyland realized that his time in the house might be limited. After all, his close friend and ally, Big D, told him that he's not sure what he would do if he needs to cast the deciding vote come eviction night.

Kyland expressed some concerns because he thought Big D would honor their final two deal. But when Big D said he also made a deal with Azah, who also happens to be his best friend, Kyland knew that things could not work in his favor.

Xavier made Kyland his biggest target this week, but the latter still had no idea. Xavier tried to comfort Kyland when the latter expressed his worries about being sent home.

But what he didn't know is that his fate is sealed, and his time in the Big Brother house will soon be over.

After Kyland learned his fate during this week's live eviction, it became apparent that he was pissed. He felt blindsided because Xavier assured him that they had a final two deals.

To make things worse, Big D's statement before he cast his vote to evict Kyland suggested that he's not as loyal as he claimed to be after all.

Right after he was evicted, Kyland stood from his chair and hugged his fellow houseguests goodbye. But he could also be heard asking Xavier what happened.

Xavier didn't want to give Kyland direct answers. Instead, he told him that he would understand when he watched the game back home.

Unfortunately, Kyland didn't stop trying to get answers that he mentioned Xavier's nephew, Kobe. Xavier didn't like the fact that Kyland talked about his nephew to try and guilt-trip him out of his decision.

Xavier urged Kyland to stop, but he still didn't so the former acted as though he was about to attack the latter. And two male houseguests were arguing nonstop that's why Big Brother Season 23 host Julie Chen had to ask Kyland to get out of the house immediately.

But when Kyland stepped out of the house, he seemed fine. He managed to respond to all of Chen's questions. And he was also game to watch all his goodbye messages.

Kyland is the second to last member of the jury. And he will join the other jurors next week when they decide who is most deserving of bringing home the $750,000 grand prize.

Fans of Big Brother already know the drill. The final three houseguests will compete in a three-part final HOH game. Whoever wins the first round will compete with the winner from the second round.

According to Big Brother Network, Xavier won the first round of the final HOH competition. This isn't a surprise because Xavier is also a competition beast. And the first HOH competition is reportedly an endurance comp.

Following his win, Azah and Big D will face off in the second part of the HOH competition. And whoever will win will face off with Xavier in part three. The final HOH for the season will decide who they want to sit next to them come finale night.

Xavier has made it clear that he's most loyal to Big D. He's also confident that he could beat him in the competitions. And Xavier also believes that he could sway the jury to vote in his favor during the finale episode of Big Brother Season 23.

Based on his performance throughout the entire season, it's safe to predict that Xavier will at least make it to the final two. But remember Chen's favorite Big Brother saying? "Expect the unexpected."

There's also a possibility that Xavier won't bring home the $750,000 grand prize. After all, he has had some frictions with some of the members of the jury.

During Thursday's episode, some jurors said that Xavier played a good social game. But Kyland was better at winning competitions. Now that Kyland is out of the picture, does this mean everyone will vote for Xavier?

Big D is also convinced that he deserves to win even though he was unable to build his resume in Big Brother Season 23. Azah also thinks the same even though she's only had one HOH win throughout the summer.

Regardless, it's still anyone's game at this point. And if Azah wins round 2 and round 3 of the final HOH competition, she could decide to evict Xavier instead of Big D.

Is Big Brother Season 24 confirmed?

CBS has not announced its plans for the Big Brother franchise. And it's a common practice for the network to wait before a new season is confirmed.

In terms of budget, it seems there's hope for Big Brother to be renewed. But networks also need to take into account the ratings for the show.

According to TV Line, Big Brother Season 23 continued to dominate its Wednesday night timeslot on CBS.

Big Brother Season 23 is making history because, for the first time, an African-American contestant will bring home the grand prize. So, don't miss next week's finale episode at 8 p.m. on CBS.
