We're only a few days away from the highly anticipated premiere of The Mandalorian Season 2 and the excitement keeps on building as its release on Disney+ inches closer. Now, to avid Star Wars fans who are wondering when exactly each episode will drop, a new fact sheet released by the Disney streaming service just revealed the official release schedule for the show.

According to the said fact sheet (via, The Mandalorian Season 2 will be airing new episodes every Friday. Of course, that means every episode will drop each week, with its finale set to premiere on December 18th. The new schedule gives fans some time to breathe and helps build the anticipation even more for what's to come. As you may already know, Season 2 consists of eight episodes written by the likes of Dave Filoni and Rick Famuyiwa. Six of those episodes were written and overseen by Jon Favreau.

At this point, we still know very little about the second season's overall plot and other stuff surrounding the series. But judging by the rumors that have been spreading all over the internet, not to mention the set of characters about to return and debut in the show, it's looking pretty evident that Mando, The Child aka Baby Yoda, and the rest of the crew are in for quite an adventure, not to mention some serious trouble along the way. And while it's still early to tell whether it lives up to the hype, I feel like it's almost safe to assume that Season 2 will undoubtedly top its predecessor with how epic it's shaping up to be. Are you excited to finally see what goes down in the second chapter? Because I sure am.

The Mandalorian Season 2 drops this coming October 30th on Disney+!
