Zendaya Helps Spider-Man: Far From Home Cancer-Striken Fan Get In Touch With Tom Holland

Cancer is truly a terrible illness. However, Zendaya is hoping to make things better for a Spider-Man: Far From Home fan by making sure she gets to talk to Tom Holland.

A Twitter user Madison Stadem recently posted the story of her friend Kaylynn who happens to be a huge fan of Holland. Although Kaylynn has already met Holland, she was recently diagnosed with Stage Three Cancer and is due for surgery this month. Nevertheless, Stadem is hoping that her friend might get a letter from her favorite actor before she goes under the knife.

It didn't take long before Zendaya saw the tweet. The Spider-Man: Homecoming actress immediately retweeted the post and stated that she is calling Holland to let him know about Kaylynn's condition.

Holland has yet to respond to Zendaya's tweet. Hopefully, we will get an update on the story soon.

Zendaya and Holland are set to return as Michelle Jones and Peter Parker in Far From Home this July. We're certainly looking forward to whether the characters pursue a romance in the sequel.

The synopsis for Far From Home reads as follows:

"Peter Parker returns in Spider-Man: Far From Home, the next chapter of the Spider-Man: Homecoming series! Our friendly neighborhood Super Hero decides to join his best friends Ned, MJ, and the rest of the gang on a European vacation. However, Peter's plan to leave super heroics behind for a few weeks are quickly scrapped when he begrudgingly agrees to help Nick Fury uncover the mystery of several elemental creature attacks, creating havoc across the continent!"

Spider-Man: Far From Home swings into theaters on July 5.
