Spider-Man: Far from Home may be the last film in the MCU with a release date, but everyone is already looking forward to what's in store for MCU Phase 4. We know that an Eternals movie is in the works, and as it turns out, the movie will be the first Marvel film to feature an openly gay male lead.

This comes from That Hashtag Show which says that the studio is currently looking for an actor aged 3049 who "physically looks like a superhero." The studio is open for actors of all ethnicities to star, but they prefer that whoever gets cast would be an openly gay actor.

As of now, the internet is scrambling for who would be able to take on the role, seeing that it's going to be just as huge as Black Panther or Captain Marvel. Some insiders guess that Luke Evans (Beauty and the Beast) would be a great pick, but my money is on Zachary Quinto who does a fantastic Spock in the new Star Trek films.

Then again, I wouldn't be opposed to a jacked up Billy Eichner just shouting at everyone. That would be gold.

We still don't have a release date for Eternals, but my guess is that the movie will come out sometime in 2020. The film has already been announced for a while, and it's rumored that Avengers: Endgame will give us our first look at two characters from the movie.

I guess we'll just have to wait.

Catch Avengers: Endgame in theaters April 26.
