Ryan Reynolds broke the internet last week when he announced that Hugh Jackman will return as Wolverine in Deadpool 3. The X-Men actor became the first confirmed cast member to join the film besides Reynolds and now fans are looking forward to seeing which other actors we might see be part of the highly-anticipated MCU film as well.
Now, according to notable insider Daniel Richtman (via Heroic Hollywood), Zazie Beetz is currently in talks to reprise the role of Domino in Deadpool 3. The actress previously played the character in the second film and there have been rumors and speculations since the third film's announcement that she might be making her return.
We do have to take note that the news has not been confirmed by either Marvel or the major trades so we still have to take it with a grain of salt for now. However, considering the past rumors and Beetz herself has said that she is open to reprising the role, there is the likelihood that it could be true.
If Domino ends up appearing in the third film, a lot of fans will certainly be delighted by it since she was a fan-favorite character in Deadpool 2. However, we also don't know what the story for Deadpool 3 will be so it's hard to tell how she'll factor in unless the film will be initially set in their universe outside the main MCU.
Either way, it is exciting nonetheless that Beetz might return in the highly-anticipated film. It would be curious to see if other cast members such as Josh Brolin, Morena Baccarin, Brianna Hildebrand, and Julian Dennison will also return in the film considering that they were also players in the previous films.
