Zack Snyder Reportedly Working On His Own Cut Of Justice League Without Warner Bros.

Justice League might have been a flop, but after the film's messy production with Avengers director Joss Whedon taking over the reshoots, fans have been clamoring for the original cut of the film by Zack Snyder.

Now, months after Justice League's release, rumor has it that the Batman v Superman director has actually been working on his own cut of the comic book movie without the help of Warner Brothers.

According to a new report by Revenge of the Fans, word has started circulating that Snyder has actually been working on his own cut of Justice League for quite some time, editing the rough cut he made prior to leaving production so that he can make a version closer to a complete film that follows his vision.

The report also suggests that Snyder is close to making an official announcement regarding his cut of the film, saying that director plans to release a trailer, of course, with the permission of the studio. However, while this new update might sound a bit exciting, the publication also writes that the director is still currently in the middle of discussing the matter with Warner Brothers and as it turns out, the studio may not want Snyder's cut of Justice League released.

As exciting as the release of a Snyder cut may sound, fans have to remember that this report is founded on rumors and that they should take everything with a grain of salt. It's also very likely that Snyder's totally given up on Justice League and is currently busy with his own affairs outside the DCEU.

Let's just wait and see how the report progresses.

DC's next film, Aquaman, makes its debut on December 21.
