Yumi's Cells 2 is the second season of the cell-based psychological romance drama based on a hit webtoon about an ordinary office worker named Yumi.
The series stars Kim Go Eun and GOT7 Jinyoung and is told from the perspective of the protagonist's brain cells that control her thoughts, feelings, and movements.

Yumi’s Cells 2 Episode 7 sees Yumi failing writing competitions after another. Her confidence in her talent in writing almost fell rock bottom, especially when all her cells in the village are telling Writer Cell that he has no potential to succeed.
Stingy Cell also adds up to the situation as she reminds everyone about the remaining savings in Yumi’s bank account. If she continues to live without a salary and fails to win another competition, it will be harder for her.
Thankfully, she takes on a part-time job at the bookstore near the writing academy. She also received a call from her former section chief about a part-time job she could apply to. The section chief even offered her to go back to work as full-time as she already has an experience with the department.
Filled with anticipation that she might have someplace to return after giving up writing, Yumi went ahead of herself. As soon as she told Babi that she had good news, the section chief called her again to tell her that the position had been taken by someone related to the department head.
The frustrating news had Yumi surrounded with regret and disappointment. But because she is going to Jeju Island to meet Babi, she tries her best to hide her emotions.
Babi sees through Yumi, and he knows she is experiencing a difficult time. Yumi felt emotional when Babi started speaking sweetly to her, telling her everything would be alright.
