One of the voice actors of X-Men '97 recently teased that a major plot twist is set to occur in an upcoming episode.
The first three episodes already contained multitudes of twists and turns whether it's Storm being depowered or the reveal that Madelyne Pryor was the Jean Grey version that married Cyclops and gave birth to their child.
However, as it turns out, the twists and secrets that the series has in store don't stop there since there is another one that is coming on its way soon.

Cyclops Voice Actor Ray Chase Reveals Another Plot Twist Coming in X-Men '97 Season 1
Speaking with Collider, Cyclops voice actor Ray Chase teased that there is another major twist that is set to occur in an upcoming episode.
While he didn't spoil the details or reveal which episode it is set to happen, he explained that it is the kind of twist where he is looking forward to seeing the wild reactions that fans will have.
"For me, absolutely. It's maybe not excitement, it’s more just curiosity," Chase said.
"There's something that we've been keeping from you guys for a while that I am just like, 'Whoa what is the reaction gonna be?' It's gonna be wild. I was moved when I got to that part in the script, and went, 'Oh!' It's pretty crazy."
It is an exciting tease for fans since they have something to look forward to in the upcoming episodes as it sounds like the story will be getting bigger and crazier.
Since we're still in the earlier episodes of the season, it is hard to tell at this point what kind of twist they might have in store and we could be getting some idea as the plot unfolds further.
One of the biggest guesses that fans have is the reveal that Charles Xavier is still alive after all since it is the type of twist that could cause major reactions among the audience.
For now, fans should wait and see how the rest of the season will unfold as there are still seven episodes left.
