In World’s End Harem Episode 5, First Victim, Reito only has one month in order to make a cure before he could reproduce. On the other hand, Mira is replaced to be Reito’s attendant and the new one is a rude woman, Rea Katagiri who hates men. Reito also paired with a new virologist, Maria Kuroda. They went to Keimon City where there wass an emergence of the MK virus and they interviewed the first victim’s widow, Taniguchi, who is reluctant to share.
Teito bathed in a hot spring and when he entered the sauna, an American, Chloe, seduced and kissed him, angering others. Meanwhile, Mira convinced Taniguchi to talk. Before she could reveal important information, someone poisoned her through her IV tube and before losing consciousness, she handed a photo of her and her husband to be taken to Reito.
