Why TWICE Momo Enjoys 'Constantly' Trying New Beauty, Makeup Looks

TWICE Momo is among the most popular K-pop idols across the globe. With her stunning visuals and iconic looks, it is not surprising why many fans want to know more about her makeup preferences.

But, the K-pop celebrity, much like the rest of the group, seldomly talks about her specific likes and interests before the public. Even so, she shared a few of her insights into beauty and makeup in one of her previous interviews.

Thoughts On Trying New Beauty, Makeup Looks

Speaking to Allure, the TWICE member revealed some of her thoughts by answering a few questions. These mostly include things about beauty and makeup, as well as other topics about being an icon in the world of K-pop.

When asked about what she feels toward “constantly” trying new beauty looks, Momo said that she “enjoys” it. She pointed out, as well, that she does feel this way as she takes it as “a new challenge every time.”

Fans would know that the nine idols, similar to other K-pop stars, usually take on different looks and styles now and then as part of their overall promotions.

Elsewhere in the interview, she revealed that she utilizes YouTube to obtain advice and tips for beauty and makeup.

TWICE Momo On Thick Vs. Light Makeup

About a year later, Momo revealed why she is “in awe” of beauty YouTubers. She discussed the difference between light and thick makeup, in particular, according to Koreaboo.

The TWICE member acknowledged that their group does not don thick or full-glam makeup looks. While she knows that what they wear is already enough, she finds thick-based makeup “impressive” and so much more for those who do them.

In the end, Momo, alongside her TWICE co-member Nayeon, praised the beauty YouTubers and influencers who do thick makeup. She also likened their output to “art,” saying that their works are, indeed, a “piece of art.”
