Kbizoom reported that the BLACKPINK member resides in a property that costs around $4.5 to $5.3 million (₩5.5 to ₩6.5 billion). There is a lack of confirmation as to when she purchased it, but fans learned that it is somewhere in Hannam-dong, where most of the rich people of South Korea live.
The property reportedly features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sitting in a 450 square-meter area (4843 square feet).

BLACKPINK Jennie Focuses On Posh Interior, Decors
The BLACKPINK member previously showed off various corners of her house. Fans witnessed her penchant for posh and lavish decors to embellish her home in a video she posted on her channel.
Metro Style said that the four-minute video shows her in the comfort of her bedroom, kitchen, and other spaces inside the property. The material served as her debut video upon launching her official YouTube channel.
Some of the luxurious items in her house include the “cloud lamp and speaker” that cost around $3,000. The idol’s sofa set is reportedly worth around $10,000, while her “lowest bed” is over $30,000.

Jennie launched her own channel on the platform in January 2021. She has since posted a couple of videos, including the latest, which premiered nearly two weeks ago.
