Does Hinata End Up With Yachi in Haikyuu?
Unfortunately, Hinata did not end up with Yachi in Haikyuu!! They are also living in different worlds, with Hinata focusing on his volleyball career and Yachi working as a design intern at Yahakudo Designers Ltd.
Nonetheless, Hinata and Yachi maintained contact and have always expressed concern and worry about one another.
Hinata and Yachi were very close. In fact, Hinata is Yachi's closest friend on the Karasuno volleyball team, second only to Shimizu Kiyoka.
He is one of the reasons Yachi accepted Shimizu's offer to be the volleyball team's next manager after initially declining.
Despite their opposing personalities, Hinata was able to break down Yachi's wall. They get along well, even when Hinata needs Yachi's help tutoring him on his studies.
From time to time, Yachi also gets involved with Hinata, especially when he is stressed or fighting with Kageyama. She lends her ears to listen to Hinata's rants and worries, a role only she can play in the anime.
Does Kageyama End Up With Yachi in Haikyuu?
Kageyama also did not end up with Yachi. As manager and player, they had a close relationship, but I wouldn't say they had the potential or the romantic tension to become lovers.
They kept their relationship on a professional level, despite having a few laughs with each other.
They rarely spent time alone together, but whenever they did, Yachi was always seen assisting Kageyama with his training.
Kageyama spends time with Yachi outside of the court as well, but he is usually with Hinata.

No, Nishinoya did not end up with Shimizu in Haikyuu!! Similar to Tanaka, Nishinoya had a huge crush on Karasuno’s beautiful manager.
Despite constant rejections, he looks up to Shimizu and always makes time to admire her incredible beauty.
Nishinoya is a simpleton who came to Karasuno due to the appeal of the girls’ uniform. He is into cute and pretty girls, so it's no surprise that he liked Shimizu right away.
As the days went by, Nishinoya and Tanaka formed a tag team to protect Shimizu from the prying eyes of other volleyball players.
We can only assume that Nishinoya is happy for his friend for capturing Shimizu's heart.
Does Daichi End Up With Michimiya in Haikyuu?
Daichi and Michimiya had been drawn doing grocery shopping together, which we believe is a sign that they are dating. But still, it was not confirmed, even after the final chapters of Haikyuu!!
Michimiya has always supported Daichi in his endeavors, and vice versa. They are both captains of the volleyball team, which is why they can relate to what each other has been going through on their teams.
Daichi often gives advice to Michimiya, while the latter tries her hardest to be more like the former.
During Karasuno’s crucial matches, Michimiya always goes above and beyond to support Daichi.
She even gave him a customized amulet, which her friends teased her for a lot. This implies that Michimiya has feelings for Daichi, although the latter is clueless about it.
Does Tanaka End Up With Shimizu in Haikyuu?
Yes! Tanaka ends up with Shimizu in Haikyuu!! They are the only couple in the series whose marriage has been confirmed by Haruichi Furudate.
The manga also depicts them as a married couple watching Schweiden Adlers vs. Black Jackals in the final arc.
Tanaka's efforts finally paid off after years of chasing Shimizu and admiring her kindness and beauty. Tanaka, like Nishinoya, faced a lot of rejection from Shimizu, but this did not change his feelings for the lovely manager.
Tanaka also had a childhood friend named Kanoka who had a huge crush on him. She is a beautiful volleyball player who managed to keep her head high despite some bullies ridiculing her height in the past.
It was Tanaka who chased Kanoka’s bullies, which in turn helped her get into the sport of volleyball.
Despite this, Tanaka remains loyal to Shimizu, even announcing in front of Kanoka that he already had someone in his heart and mind.
