World’s End Harem is a complete dystopian world where men are the most precious thing after being wiped out by an unknown disease and with only a few of them left, they have to repopulate the world and mate with as many women as possible. Who Does Reito End Up With in World's End Harem?
In the manga of World’s End Harem, it was revealed that Reito has eyes on only one girl: Elisa, and out of all the beautiful women in the world who offered themselves to him, he never bit into temptation and mated with any other girl because he has an undying love for his childhood friend, Elisa, whom Reito held onto the entire time.

Reito went to a fortune teller, in Chapter 63 of the manga, where the prediction on him was quite accurate. The fortune teller said that Reito will be having two paths, one is where he would have the happily ever after with the woman he loves, and the other being a world destroyed and Reito would be played by different women.
In the anime adaptation of the show, Elisa remains to be the one true love of Reito and he has yet to mate because of her. It was revealed that Elisa belongs to a terrorist group and whether she and Reito would meet has a high chance of happening by the end of the first season. In such an amount of time together, it is also possible that World’s End Harem will have a season 2 to explore Reito and Elisa’s time together.

Reito and the group are finally seeing some light in tracing the origins of the MK virus, however, as per Shota, his future remains unknown as he was abducted by a terrorist group while in school. Men remain scarce and reproduction is still in the question, will the Earth be able to replenish the population that was taken away by the mysterious MK virus?
