Mayor of Kingstown Season 3 Confirms Milo is Dead
Milo (played by Aidan Gillen) was running out of options when Mike (Jeremy Renner) couldn't stick to their meeting on time in Mayor of Kingstown season 2.
While Milo supposedly had the upper hand by keeping Iris (Emma Laird) in exchange for his lucrative bonds that were in Mike's possession, he ended up losing both in the end.
As many fans have witnessed, once Mike and Iris got off Milo's boat safely so he could escape, his boat exploded before he could leave their sight.

The Traitor Behind Milo's Death Got What's Coming To Her
Remember the call one of the strippers, Tatiana (Gratiela Brancusi), made right before Milo met his end? As it turns out, she was the mastermind behind the explosive scene.
It is only in Mayor of Kingstown season 3 that fans confirmed that someone else wanted to take over Milo's role. One of these people happened to be Tatiana, although not in the way you think.
Tatiana always envied Iris for the special treatment she appeared to have with Milo. Tatiana took this as an opening that she must get rid of her if she were to be the next 'favorite'.
However, since that wasn't going to work, a new Russian mobster came into view once season 3 returned. The simplest clue that Tati had been working for someone else to execute Milo was when she told Mike he wasn't "the only one looking for Milo."
This new mobster named Konstantin took over Milo's dealings upon his arrival to the series.
While Tatiana intentionally betrayed Milo for her own selfish needs to serve a new leader, Konstantin ended up killing her, too, convinced that one day, Tati would have the power to stab him in the back just as she did with Milo.
