That's when Ai and the director seek the assistance of Gorou Amamiya, a rural physician who also happens to be one of Ai's biggest fans!
Their fates eventually become entangled as Gorou tries his hardest to assist Ai in covertly delivering her babies while also protecting her from the unknown stranger who wants to kill her!
When Gorou died, he awoke to find himself reincarnated in the body of Ai Hoshino's son, Aquamarine!
In a sudden turn of events, Ai's children also venture into the entertainment world for various reasons!
Will both of them be successful in their chosen fields? Will Aqua be an actor, and will Ruby be an idol like Ai?

Crunchyroll failed to pick up Oshi no Ko for their library or as part of their spring 2023 anime lineup.
This means that Crunchyroll subscribers will be unable to watch Oshi no Ko and will need to move to another streaming service to do so.
