In a certain realm within the demon world, the Demon King faces a crushing defeat by one of the heroes, triggering a contest to determine the next Demon King.
Overseeing the tournament is Vermilio, one of the esteemed Imperial Four Heavenly Kings.
She is infuriated by the unexpected participation of Helck, a renowned human hero who should be her adversary.
Learning of the fall of Urum Castle just before the final round, Vermilio embarks on a mission to reclaim it, joined by Helck and the other finalists.
As a faint smile graces Helck’s face, he declares that they will annihilate the human race.
