However, it was revealed that Mari passed down her ninja art to Emma in the hopes that she might be able to utilize it to defend herself or someone she loves someday.
In other words, Emma's hidden ninja art matches Mari's.
Emma, in particular, may create the illusion that someone has died by placing their body in suspended animation. She used it to save Higan when Master Yamaji and a band of ninja assassins ambushed his family.
She completely froze all of Higan's cells by piercing a particular channel or pathway in his body, putting him in suspended animation.
After it has been used on someone, those channels close and cannot be utilized again, which means she will be unable to save Higan a second time if the necessity arises.
Ninja Kamui Episode 7 Reveals Emma Samanda’s Backstory
Emma Samanda had a difficult past, as revealed in Ninja Kamui episode 7. She was involved in an accident that left her face scarred at a young age, bringing grief and sadness to her young heart.
Her parents abandoned her because they couldn't bear to look at her, and as a result, the ninja group rushed to her rescue and adopted her.
She may no longer have the appearance of a decent human, but she may now transform into anyone she wishes.
