A recent report from insider @CanWeGetToast on X revealed the alleged episode titles for the upcoming second season of What If...? However, they warned that the release orders that they reported are subject to change.

The second season will begin with "What If... Nebula Joined the Nova Corps?" which suggests that the fan-favorite Guardians of the Galaxy character will take center stage as we see her go on a different path instead of being part of Thanos' clan.

It will be followed by "What If... Peter Quill Attacked Earth's Mightiest Heroes?" which will focus on another Guardians of the Galaxy character, Star-Lord, who is seemingly going to be at odds with the Avengers.

The third episode is titled "What If... Kahhori Reshaped the World?" and it will feature a brand-new original MCU hero named Kahhori, a young Mohawk woman who encounters the Tesseract in pre-colonial America.

Cate Blanchett will return to reprise her Thor: Ragnarok role Hera in the fourth episode titled "What If... Hela found the Ten Rings?" where she will have a crossover with the characters from Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings such as Wenwu.

For the fifth episode, we will see a different version of the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron where, instead of the Hulk, Tony Stark rode the Quinjet and landed on planet Sakaar in "What If... lron Man Crashed into the Grandmaster?"

The sixth episode will see Jon Favreau's Happy Hogan become the hero of the story in "What If... Happy Hogan Saved Christmas?" which will seemingly recreate the events of Iron Man 3 with a twist.

In the seventh episode, Captain Carter will return for another heroic adventure in "What If... Captain Carter Fought the Hydra Stomper?" It will follow-up on the tease that they did during the first season finale's mid-credits scene.

Neil Gaiman's fan-favorite limited series Marvel 1602 will finally get adapted on the screen as the eighth episode "What If... The Avengers Assembled in 1602?" will focus on Earth's mightiest heroes in the Elizabethan era.

For the ninth episode and the second season finale, Doctor Strange Supreme is set to make another appearance in "What If... Strange Supreme Intervened?"

Based on what we're hearing in this scoop, it looks like the series is continuing their experiment and exploration of various MCU scenarios that we've seen in the past and it is curious to see whether the episodes themselves will live up to these ideas.

The second season of What If...? is slated to premiere on Disney+ this December.
