Jenna Ortega has the perfect role for Lady Gaga if she ever joins Wednesday Season 2. Netflix has finally renewed the show for a second season, resulting in several assumptions on what may happen next in the hit series.

Wednesday has easily earned the viewers’ attention with its different take on the Addams family’s daughter, Wednesday (Ortega). Many love the actress’ iteration of the gothic teenager, especially her dance scene in Episode 104, which went viral and was remixed with Lady Gaga’s song, “Bloody Mary.” In fact, the pop giant herself joined the trend and showed her version of the viral dance.

The “Holy My Hand” singer’s TikTok video in question saw her dancing to her 2011 hit “Bloody Mary” while mimicking Wednesday’s looks and moves.

As of this writing, the clip now has a whopping almost 13 million views, 2.4 million likes, and nearly 35,000 comments.

This left Ortega stunned by how the hitmaker acknowledged her work.

Hence, in an interview with Variety, the Scream star revealed the role she wanted Lady Gaga to play if she ever joins Wednesday Season 2.

“If Lady Gaga were to be a part of it, they’d have to be two monsters who understand each other,” she said.

By the looks of it, Ortega wanted Lady Gaga to be her second-season villain, playing like Christina Ricci’s Miss Thornhill.

What Will Happen in Wednesday Season 2?

After Netflix renewed the show, a writer’s room for Wednesday Season 2 has already been formed.

"For us, it's always looking at the future, and when we sit down to create a show, it's looking at multiple seasons, ideally,” showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar told Variety.

“That's never expected, but that's the anticipation that hopefully the show is successful,” they continued. "So you always lay out at least three or four seasons' worth of potential storylines for the characters.”

However, the two teased that it could evolve and change.

“Often, you want to see which characters or cast pop and who you like to write for,” they added. “So you want to keep it open and organic enough to change it and evolve, but we certainly have a pretty clear runway of what we want to do in future seasons."

There are no words yet on when Wednesday Season 2 will be out, but the first season is available to stream on Netflix.
